Court services
We take your prepared and signed papers to the clerk's counter. A next-day run is $55, a same-day run ordered by 1:00 pm is $85, and clerk fees are passed through at exactly what the clerk charges.
We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice. We cannot tell you which court to file in, what your deadline is, whether service was sufficient, or what a document means. Those are questions for an attorney or for the court's self-help center.

Court runs
On a court run, we take papers you have prepared and signed to the clerk, file them or pick them up, and bring back the receipts or certified copies. You remain the filer.
A next-day run is $55 and covers one courthouse. Send us the documents and instructions, and we make the run the next business day.
A same-day run is $85. Please order by 1:00 pm with the documents already in hand. If you order after 1:00 pm, we will confirm whether the run can still be made that day before taking payment.
Each additional courthouse on the same trip is $25. For example, filings in Denver and Golden on one run cost $55 plus $25, not the price of two runs.
Clerk and court fees
Clerk and court fees are passed through at cost. They are not marked up, rounded or bundled into the run fee. They appear as a separate total on the quote and the invoice, with the receipt attached, so your cost recovery matches what the court charged.
If we advance a court or clerk fee for you, you pay exactly what was charged, with the receipt attached and no advance fee, however you pay.
We will not pay a fee larger than the amount you approved. If the clerk asks for more than expected, we will call you before paying anything.
Parking
Paid parking is common in downtown Denver, and it cannot be quoted in advance. If we have to pay to park, it is billed after the run at exactly what we paid, with the receipt in your portal. We will not charge more than $30.00 in parking on one order without asking you first. It is charged to the card you paid with, which you authorize with a checkbox at payment, or added to your next invoice. There is no markup and no advance fee.
Certified copies and courtesy copies
Certified copies are $45 plus the clerk’s charge. Tell us the case and what you need certified. If the clerk cannot produce it the same day, we will let you know when it will be ready.
Courtesy copies to chambers are $45, hand delivered. Whether your judge wants a courtesy copy, and in what form, is between you and the division. We deliver what you give us.
Apostille courier
$65 plus the state’s fee. We take the document to the Colorado Secretary of State and return it to you. The turnaround is set by the Secretary of State’s office, and we will pass along whatever timing they give us.
We cannot advise on whether your document needs an apostille or whether it is in a form the state will accept. Please direct that question to your attorney or the Secretary of State’s office.
Daily route for firms that file every day
$395 a month, including ten runs, then $35 for each additional run. It is a standing arrangement: we come at the same time each day, collect what is ready to go, and return what the clerk has stamped. To set one up, please use the contact page.
Cancelling
You can cancel a run at any time until it is complete. A cancellation takes effect when we receive it, and the refund depends on how far the run had progressed at that moment:
- Before we set out: a full refund, clerk and court fees included, less the $5.00 cancellation fee.
- On the way, before the papers reach the counter: a full refund minus a $35.00 trip fee.
- Once the papers are at the counter: no refund, except clerk and court fees we had not yet paid out.
Before we set out, you can change a run rather than cancel it, for example to correct a detail or change the speed. Changes are free: you pay, or we refund, only the difference in price.
On an invoiced order, the same amounts apply: we credit the rest on the invoice and bill only what we keep. Section 6 of the terms of service sets out the full policy.
We are not attorneys
We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice. We can take a document to the counter and bring back what the clerk provides, but we cannot tell you which court or division to use, or whether what you filed is correct.
