We cannot give legal advice

We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice. We cannot tell you which court to file in, what your deadline is, whether service was sufficient, or what a document means. Those are questions for an attorney or for the court's self-help center.

What do you need?

Choose one service. You can add instructions later for anything the form does not cover.

Service
Looking for e-filing or litigation support?

We do not offer either service at the moment. If you need papers filed with the court, a court run takes the papers you have prepared and signed to the clerk, files them or picks them up, and brings back the receipts or certified copies. You remain the filer.

How fast do you need it?

Every speed includes four attempts. They differ in how soon the first attempt is made and how quickly the others follow.

If we miss the first-attempt deadline, we refund the difference

On rush and same-day orders, if we do not make the first attempt by the deadline, we automatically refund the difference from the standard rate: $60 for each party charged at the rush rate and $130 for each party charged at the same-day rate. You keep the service and the remaining attempts, and you do not need to ask. On an invoiced order, the refund is a credit on the invoice instead.
