We cannot give legal advice

We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice. We cannot tell you which court to file in, what your deadline is, whether service was sufficient, or what a document means. Those are questions for an attorney or for the court's self-help center.

Questions we cannot answer

We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice. We cannot tell you which court to file in, when something is due, whether service was sufficient, or what a document means. For those questions, please contact an attorney or your county court’s self-help staff.

If you are representing yourself and are not sure where to start, the Colorado Judicial Branch Self-Help Center is a good first step. Once you know which papers need to be served, we can serve them for you.

Send a message

Please do not send case documents through this form. We are not attorneys and cannot advise you on your case.
